Position: HVAC Service Operations Lead

Location: Office-based in Dublin with site visits

Salary: 60,000 Euros plus company or car allowance

Our client is a Global Leading Manufacturer with over 100 years of history producing HVAC Cooling equipment across AHUs, CCUs, Air Conditioning and Chillers for the Commercial, Industrial and Data Centre sectors. Due to continued growth across Ireland, they’re seeking an HVAC Service Operations Lead

As the Service Operations Lead you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and to ensure the running of the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service Department. This role is essential in delivering service agreements to clients, ensuring PPM compliance, supporting sales activity, and coordinating day-to-day operational tasks.

Additionally, you will be supporting repair projects, producing reports and KPIs, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams. You will also support continuous improvement, resource planning, identifying service opportunities, assisting the Service Sales Team, and providing early alerts on equipment issues to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

HVAC Service Operations Lead Job Requirements

• Experience in facilities management and HVAC service operations
• Able to have technical conversations with the team and clients accordingly
• Strong communication skills with confidence in dealing directly with clients
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues

HVAC Service Operations Lead Salary & Benefits

• Up to 60K Euros per annum, depending on experience
